State Building Maintenance Limited can provide you with 2 ply jumbo rolls that we install in dispensers or individual soft quality household sized rolls.
We sell an excellent quality 950 foot roll of paper towels that we install in a specific dispenser.
We also provide single sheet hand towels.
Our company also offers liquid hand soap in bulk, one gallon containers or one litre cartridges. The liquid soap cartridges are fitted into a special dispenser.
We also stock feminine hygiene products, toilet seat covers, deodorizers and urinal blocks.
Although we recommend certain products we will gladly deliver to your place of business the products of your CHOICE.
We are always conscious of your BUDGET. We will show you various products and talk about cost and effectiveness. Some customers have a firm preference and we will adhere to those instructions. When we work with a new customers they may not be satisfied with the product that they have been using so we will bring in samples of other products for them to pick from. We will discuss the pros and cons of these items. Being in the cleaning business for many years has taught us that some products such as certain toilet papers can create problems, ending up in expensive plumbing bills. So with our recommendation of certain products we can try to eliminate some of these re-occurring problems.
Every customer of ours has the choice as to how they want to arrange delivery. In many instances it is our employees that are cleaning your premises that will inform us that your company is getting low on supplies and then we quickly restock. At times we will get a direct call or email from our customers placing an order with us, which we will then deliver and place in your supply room. What State Building Maintenance Limited does when we deliver your Janitorial Supplies is to date each box so that you, the customer, can see how much product is being consumed over a period of time. We also leave a delivery slip with your order office.
